Human Nature's Toby Allen last night won a Helpmann Award in Sydney for his outlandish and wildly acclaimed portrayal of the Emcee in Cabaret.     The musical picked up seven awards, including Best Male in a Supporting Role in a musical (Henri Szeps) and Best Female in a Supporting Role (Nadine Garner).  Tamsin Carroll won Best Female Actor in a Musical for Oliver!.
